Passion fruit juice is processed from sound ripe Passiflora Edulis variety passion fruit, which are cleaned, cut, and run through a screen. The product is then packed and frozen.  Product is 100% natural, without preservatives or added sugar.  Product is single strength fresh-frozen (no pasteurization).
